Yes — we proudly deliver throughout the Grand Rapids area. Delivery fees are based on distance to keep pricing fair and transparent.

Under Michigan Cottage Food Law, we’re not allowed to ship our products. All orders must be handed off in person.

However, please feel free to reach out to info@sideyardbakery.com. Depending on your order, we may be able to accommodate you as long as you’re located in West Michigan. One possible solution could be a curbside delivery at a half-way point.

We do. For areas with limited parking — including downtown — we offer curbside delivery. Note your location at checkout, and we’ll coordinate a smooth, convenient handoff.

Pickup details are provided after checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact address and instructions.

We bake in small batches, so ordering early helps ensure availability — especially for specialty loaves and weekend pickups.

We do, but we don’t have a dedicated gluten‑free kitchen. We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, but we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from gluten.

Email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, depending on where we are in the baking process.

All items are made to order with care. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, you may receive up to a full refund when the request is made at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery, depending on any ingredients or materials already sourced for your order. All Venmo payments are final and not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations made within 7 days of fulfillment are not eligible for a refund. However, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future order, as we understand that unexpected situations can come up.
