By grinding the grain fresh, all parts of the berry remain in the flour, creating a wholesome loaf with rich flavor and naturally occurring nutrients.

Unlike commercial flours that may sit on shelves for months, fresh milling allows us to bake with flour at its peak freshness, resulting in a hearty, nutritious sandwich bread perfect for toast, sandwiches, and everyday meals.
